Witter was an member of Extinct All Dinosaurs, who serves as the weapons expert of the organization. He was one of the top antagonist in Jurassic World: Die Hard. He was portrayed by Tommy Flanagan.

As one of the more experienced soldiers, Witter has shown to be calm during gunfights and can take out targets without hesitation or a sign of emotion. As an expert of weapons, he displays quickness while firing pistols & machine guns and can hit targets with missile launchers with precision.
